Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using WhereToVoteIdaho.org ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Site. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Site.
Description of Service
WhereToVoteIdaho.org is a nonpartisan civic information resource that provides election dates, polling place information, voter registration guidance, and related educational content for Idaho residents. The Site is operated by the Idaho News Network and is not a government service.
Not a Government Website
This Site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Idaho Secretary of State, any county clerk's office, any county government, or any federal, state, or local government agency. Election information provided through this Site is sourced from publicly available data, the Google Civic Information API, the Voting Information Project, and official state records. We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information, but we are not the authoritative source for election data.
No Guarantee of Accuracy
While we strive to provide accurate and timely election information, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, timeliness, or availability of the information on this Site. Polling places, election dates, registration deadlines, and other election details are subject to change at any time without notice. You are solely responsible for verifying all election information through official sources such as VoteIdaho.gov, Vote.gov, or your county clerk's office before taking any action.
User Conduct and Data Submission
By submitting information through our polling place lookup tool, you represent and warrant that:
- The information you provide is accurate and truthful.
- You are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
- You consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
- You will not use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
- You will not submit false or misleading information.
- You will not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site.
Communications and Marketing
If you opt in to receive communications from us, you consent to receiving election reminders, news updates, and other content from the Idaho News Network and its affiliated properties via email or other electronic means. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in each communication. Opting in to communications is voluntary and is not required to use the polling place lookup tool.

The Site, its original content (excluding public election data), features, and functionality are owned by the Idaho News Network and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content on this Site without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The Site contains links to third-party websites, including government resources (VoteIdaho.gov, Vote.gov), the Google Civic Information API, and Idaho News Network county news sites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
